We traditionally remember St Cuthbert on this day, thanking God for his passion for spreading the gospel in the North East, and celebrating our rich Christian heritage! This year we have the opportunity as a diocese to journey together, worship together and share in fellowship together at Lindisfarne and Durham Cathedral. Bishop Tom and Bishop Mark will be with us.

Lunch (bring your own or eat out)

Opportunity to walk across ‘Pilgrims Way’

2.30pm             Coaches leave for Durham Cathedral (tea and free entry to visitor attractions)

5.15pm             Festival Evensong (choirs of Newcastle and Durham Cathedrals; pilgrimage to shrine of St Cuthbert)

6.15pm            Depart
