Join DigVentures archaeologists for a different kind of discovery! During this workshop we will consider what archaeology might look like without the digging as we excavate words from the hidden corners of the church. Bringing these found words together, we’ll share writing prompts and short exercises to tell new stories about this very old place.
Designed for participants aged 14+, suitable for beginners and experienced writers
Do I need to bring anything?
No writing experience necessary, just bring a notebook and your writing tool of choice – perhaps the pen is mightier than the trowel?
Keeping you safe
In response to Covid-19, we are following public health guidance and may have additional measures in place, which are carefully designed to keep you and our staff safe and healthy. This means that you will have to wear a mask while you are inside the church, with the exception of those who are medically exempt.
