No matter how large or small, every gift to the Church can make a real impact and is very thankfully received. You can donate online, either as a one-off donation or a regular gift.
Leaving a donation to your local church is one of the most valuable and lasting ways you can continue to support our work in the community.
All gifts to charities (including churches) in wills are tax-free, therefore gifts to your local church and other charities would be deducted from the value of your estate when inheritance tax is calculated.
If you have an existing will you can ask your solicitor or legal advisor to draw up a codicil – this is a simple legal addition to your existing will, allowing you to name additional beneficiaries.
